Rustic Pear Tart
We love this rustic pear tart! it’s a quick and easy dessert option or perfect for afternoon tea.
1/2 pastry sheet
Food processor ingredients –
1tbs cold water
Preheat oven to 180c
Blitz the food processor ingredients and chill
Peel and slice 3-4 pears
Toss in a bit of sugar & cinnamon
Roll out 1/2 of a pastry sheet into a large circle
Pile the pear in the middle, ensuring there is enough room to fold the pastry up over most of the pears.
Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes
Pour over butterscotch sauce & enjoy
