The I Cant Cook Spring Dessert

Even if you can cook this dessert gets you out of the kitchen and into the sunshine. it tastes great, it looks pretty and it makes you look good!
Go ahead, make the lemon curd and shortbread if you must, but you would be hard pressed to find a dessert as easy as this!
600ml cream
1/4 cup Limoncello
 200g packet shortbread biscuits
1 cup lemon curd {good quality store bought is fine}
To decorate; blueberries and edible spring flowers
Line a loaf tin with enough cling film to hang over the sides.
Whip the cream to soft peaks.
Stir through the Limoncello
Roughly crush the shortbread biscuits so you have some crumb and some chunky bits and stir through the cream.
Swirl the lemon curd through the cream.
Spoon into your prepared tin and smooth the top. cover with the cling film and place in the fridge.
Allow to freeze for at least 4 hours.
Serve covered with blueberries and fresh edible flowers.
