Kirsty has trained at the world famous Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, ran her own successful muesli business Good Girls Granola, has written her own cook book and has taught the disadvantaged and homeless the basics of food and cooking. Her knowledge is extensive, as is her love of food and family entertaining.
